Councillor Seamus Logan - Transparency Statement - Councillor Logan made a transparency statement in respect of Item 9 (Banff and Buchan Area Committee Budget 2023/24 - Area Initiative Fund: Year End Update and Outcomes) as he was now a Board Member of the South Links Trust, Fraserburgh, although he had not been at the time the application had been awarded. He indicated that, as no decision making of any award was being considered, he would remain in the meeting and take part in the discussion of, and determination of, the item.
